As an Erasmus Mundus scholar, studying in up to four (4) EU + countries has not only exposed me to academic rigours but also an opportunity to experience the beauty of cultures from around the world.
During the Central European University
2025 Intercultural festival, I had the privilege of both sharing my culture and learning from others in a way that brings to limelight the true beauty of our diversity.
Joining the Africa team, I assisted in cooking and serving delicious dishes like Jollof rice, plantain, and recipes from Uganda, Egypt, and so on.
I also proudly showcased my Northern Arewa attire, danced to the rhythm of northern songs, and immersed myself in the vibrant energy of the festival.
These moments made me realize even more the significance of our culture’s uniqueness as well as the beautiful world we can unlock if we embrace our differences.
