The simple but powerful quote by Leonardo Davinci “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication” speaks volume about doing the little things which eventually becomes our strength and weapon against failure.
A few years ago as an undergraduate student, I made a bold decision to pursue my passion to make an impact in my own little way and I began with my immediate neighborhood.
As I reflect on my five-year journey of leadership and professional growth, one thing stands out: success is built step by step, day by day. It’s a series of little wins that are mostly unnoticed mixed with countless failures, lessons, and the courage to keep trying, again and again.
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that there is no “perfect moment” to start your impact journey. When your heart and intuition are strongly convinced of a vision, you must begin regardless of your social or economic circumstances.
The path may not be smooth, and finances might be a nightmare, but persistence and faith have a way of opening doors. And if you ever need to change career direction, let it be because of a stronger purpose discovery, not the fear of failure or financial challenges.
I am currently hosting a career development and self discovery mentorship workshop with a vision to inspire thousands of young Africans to leverage their talents for humanity and development.
Lets make impact together!
